Rocky update...

so, it is with great dismay that I even write this... but the doctors gave us the worst news we could have expected... rocky doesnt have much time, he may have a month, chemo would have ran about 3-4k and that just isnt in the budget... not to mention it may not have lasted or made him last any longer than a month, maybe longer, up to a year or so, but not without a lot of trauma and simply delaying the inevitable... :(

so, i will, as i said, once we put him down, and he is ready to go off to doggy heaven, donate the rest of the money we collected, to our local humane society, in salisbury, maryland.

i cannot thank EVERYONE of you enough, we tried, and we have him on prednisone, a drug that will keep his Quality of life up for a short bit of time, so that his mother and i can enjoy him, for a little while longer...

we will miss you rocky bear...
