Brutus James... a sad pitbull story...

Good friends and family...

I cannot even fathom this situation happening again, especially to someone i know, someone this close. However, my boy Sean's dog, Brutus (my 'ole boy Rocky's sibling-three generations later, same father) has been diagnosed with lymphosarcoma, the same damn thing Rocky had, that eventually took him out. After Rocky's issues Sean made sure to check Brutus everyday, and last Monday, his worst fear came alive... lumps in his neck!!!

Anyway, he is an amazing boy, VERY strong, VERY resilient, only 2 years old, and needs MAJOR help. He goes in for surgery on Monday, the 22nd of January to remove the affected lymph node, and after that, I'm sure there will be rounds of Chemotherapy. So, although he could use help now, the ongoing Chemo is going to cost a lot too... anything will help, trust me.

Anyway, I'm taking it upon myself to start collecting donations for Brutus, he is going to fight this one, tooth and nail, and I hope we can all help him. His myspace page is here
