New Google Calendar Beta?

im not sure if this is new or not, but i can tell you its the first time ive seen it...

anyway, i had to turn on the Calendar setting in Labs under my GMail account, and then from there click "Add" and then "Edit Event" and all of a sudden this new header was on my Google Calendar add event window.
